The issue teenagers face today are mainly triggered by body shaming materialism and pointless gossip among students. These problems don't just lead to low self esteem or stress but also depression. Stress doesn't just occur due to increase in academic pressure. We must understand that actions considered harmless don't just cause mere depression but lead to various health issues like, lack of sleep, reduce in concentration power, fatigue, anxiety.
We as teenager's only have a few years until we mature into adults. Increase in stress and anxiety from our peers will not help us in any way. So why not reduce the burden for one and other and walk together in this journey by simply understanding and helping one and other.
