I've lately been seeing a lot of people talk about how the virus has a huge psychological impact on them. I just sit and think, sure there's a killer virus wiping out the masses, but as far as lockdown goes, 𝘐𝘵'𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘣𝘢𝘥. Like many, I'm a person who likes lazing around like a koala, and this lockdown provides me with an opportunity to wake up late, eat a whole lot of food, watch a whole lot of Netflix and there's STILL time to stick to a fitness regime. If the world offers us an extended summer break who am I to complain? Sure, you don't meet people every day and I guess that can have some amount of psychological stress but honestly I'm not a fan of spending too much time with my fellow homo sapiens. While I am sorry for the people ailing due to the virus, and the families of those who've passed, there is a silver lining in every situation. Stay at home, do your part and take some time for yourself, whether its to be productive or to just 𝘴𝘭𝘦𝘦𝘱.
